By linking the Structure Commander and/or Pipeline Commander software to Web GIS Commander, clients can experience a user friendly, interactive viewing solution ideal for those who need to securely manage and share their complete offshore asset infrastructure information via the internet.

Web GIS manages digital maps and related information, including concession areas, pipelines, pipe surveys, platforms, subsea wells and rig moves.

Clients can customise parameters and instructions for anomalies, view and recall supporting documentation, such as drawings, video footage and reports on an interactive 3D model of the structure or pipeline via the GIS map.

Video Broadcasting application

Video Broadcasting Application is a real time video broadcasting client-server package with high performance features tailored for offshore operations and ROV companies.

The Video Broadcasting System allows you to stream live video feeds in reduced data sizes over the internet and intranet networks.

Offshore Automated System (OAS) is a software application which acts as the backbone for automatic data transfer from vessels offshore to onshore offices ensuring data delivery without any delay.

By sending inspection data onshore, clients can reduce the number of staff required offshore and benefit from increased productivity and cost efficiencies.

OAS automatically handles connection issues and resumes data pack downloading from the last transferred byte ensuring the entire data pack arrives to the office accurately.

3D Photo Realistic Cloud of Points


Oil & Gas operators are rapidly adopting 3D cloud technology to support subsea installation, survey and inspection operations. Accurate 3D models of existing and new subsea assets can support a variety of life of field and asset integrity applications and reduce costs in all areas of subsea asset life cycle.
 
With the introduction of the 3D Photo Realistic Cloud of Points (3D PRC), a cutting edge innovative software and subsea camera technology to scan complete structures and pipeline sections underwater to create a 3D Cloud of billions of points.
 
Using breakthrough advanced optical sensors and mathematical disciplines MCS provide accurate, to 1/1000 as-built 3D Cloud of points any scanned object.

Unlike Laser solutions the 3D PRC operates from a moving platform allowing component to be viewed and then visualised from all angles, covering large areas. Also it’s perfectly safe to operate.
 

 

ROV Systems

Cortez Subsea have access to a range of ROV systems positioned internationally for local client mobilisation.  Providing operators and contractors with a cost effective solution for their subsea inspection campaign.

Combined with our expertise on subsea assets, Cortez Subsea can support a number of subsea operations including inspection and intervention, umbilical and pipeline installation, trenching and well maintenance and repair.

Triton XLS

The Triton XLS ROV from Perry-Slingsby is an industry proven ROV with excellent track record performing subsea operations.

Triton ROVs capabilities include being a multi-functional, heavy work class ROV system, specifically designed for ultra deepwater operations, performing all types of subsea work, from construction support through to subsea survey and inspection.

Quasar

Quasar is the medium size vehicle in SMD’s Q-Series work class ROV range. Utilising the latest multi-platform Curvetech components, the vehicle offers class-leading in-current performance, tooling and instrument space and access for maintenance.

The Quasar is an excellent all round performer capable of survey, construction and drill support operations.

Quantum

The Quantum ROV from SMD is a heavy work rate ROV (WROV). Built using knowledge gained from the world's most powerful trenching ROVs, Quantum ROV offers a construction class capability, designed for clients seeking an ultra stable platform capable of operating in high current conditions.

Designed to cope with power intensive deepwater tasks, Quantum ROV is the ultimate subsea construction and survey tool.

Panther-XT Plus

Panther-XT Plus combines the capability of precision manipulative tasks with operation in high currents, whilst maintaining a very compact package and footprint.

Probably the fastest swimming light work ROV in the world, at over four knots.

The Panther-XT Plus can accommodate a wide range of heavy duty tooling for work tasks including subsea drill support and pipeline survey.

Panther Plus

The Panther Plus ROV originated from the highly successful Panther ROV. The Panther Plus has increased power, payload and dual manipulator capability constituting a true work-class ROV to suit a multitude of offshore projects. The Panther Plus has 8 horizontal thrusters giving a forward thrust of 220kg and handling abilities.

Visually, the distinguishing feature of the Seaeye Panther Plus is the additional 4 vectored SM5 brushless DC thrusters making a total of 8 vectored thrusters in pairs. The ROVs frame has been slightly enlarged to accommodate these thrusters, improve through frame water flow and provide space for a 12 function hydraulic valve pack for tooling and manipulator applications.
