We use mechanical interference fit connectors for efficient pipelay. We work with NOV-Tuboscope to deliver Zap-Lok™ mechanical connectors worldwide. The connectors are formed on carbon steel pipes from 2” to 16”, and combined with external and internal coating products, to provide a weld-free subsea pipeline system. Lay 3.5–5km of pipeline per day using our Modular Pipelay System (MPS®) and a DP2 vessel, reducing the reliance on people and equipment, for a cost-effective approach up to 30% cheaper than traditional methods.
